Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Accuracy & detail-orientation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
  • Reliable transportation to & from work
  • Must be willing to work assigned schedule
  • Must be able to stand up to 8 hours
  • Driver's License (Required)

Nice To Haves

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to customers to provide assistance and support
  • Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and procedures
  • Creating & filing paperwork (invoices, financial slips, etc.)
  • Checking out customers whether the payment is cash, check, credit-card, or financing
  • Reconciling your drawer at the end of shift
  • Must be willing to work weekends and most holidays
