Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college experience preferred.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a fitness or retail environment.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Basic computer skills and experience with point-of-sale systems.
- Passion for fitness and a desire to help others succeed.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Team player with a strong commitment to providing excellent service.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist members and guests with a positive attitude.
- Handle member inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area.
- Process memberships and payments accurately using our software system.
- Promote gym programs and services to enhance member engagement.
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations at all times.
- Assist with member check-ins and manage guest passes.
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere.
