Farris Motor Company is hiring a Service BDC Representative to be the first voice our customers hear when they need their vehicle taken care of. No automotive experience required. If you're friendly, dependable, and good on the phone, we'll teach you everything else.
Requirements
- Strong phone presence and communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and calm under pressure
- Comfortable with computers and basic data entry
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- No automotive background needed — we will fully train the right person
Responsibilities
- Answering inbound calls and scheduling service appointments
- Making outbound calls to follow up with customers on declined services, recalls, and maintenance reminders
- Communicating clearly between customers and the service team
- Keeping accurate records and managing your call queue efficiently
- Representing Farris professionally on every interaction — phone, text, and email
