As a key member of our frontline team, you will: Provide exceptional customer service to a diverse range of clients. Support customers by answering questions, resolving concerns, and guiding them through banking solutions. Accurately and efficiently assist with account-related inquiries and basic financial transactions. Build a solid understanding of our full suite of products and services to recommend the best options for each customer. Engage with individuals from first-time account holders to long-term clients with more complex banking needs.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • Cash handling experience
  • Strong oral and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to positively engage with customers
  • Attention to detail and sound judgment with confidential information
  • Sales advisory skills to educate customers on products and services
