This job is a front-line job, requiring the following: excellent people skills, good phone etiquette, knowledge of the FPS products, Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge preferred, good communication skills, ability to work independently as well as a team player. Job Responsibilities: Open new accounts Individual Retirement Accounts ATM and Debit cards File maintain current accounts Check reports daily Figure interest and penalties on accounts Set up Internet banking Write Letters Other responsibilities as may be assigned Specific Job Functions: Assists customers with all aspects of opening and maintaining savings, checking, certificates of deposits and IRA’s. Answers telephone and written inquiries concerning all types of deposit accounts and provides other account information. Advises customers on status of accounts and answers questions. Other tasks as assigned. We are looking for a career motivated individual with excellent people skills. Some college or similar work experience would be favorably considered. Salary will be entry level for this area and based upon work experience.
