Requirements

  • Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Responsibilities

  • Enter and process sales orders, purchase orders, and related documentation
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales team
  • Assist with order setup, updates, and account maintenance
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
  • Respond to basic customer inquiries and route requests as needed
  • Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, and Operations to ensure timely service
  • Communicate accurate order and service information to customers
  • Track and update orders, schedules, and internal systems
  • Assist with parts quoting and order entry
  • Help ensure accurate data entry to support billing and reporting
  • Escalate discrepancies or missing information for resolution
