Process Solutions Integration (PSI), a SunSource company, is the one source supplier for instrumentation & filtration products with the relationships, skills, and infrastructure to deliver the products and services for all of your applications. www.psi-technology.com The Role We’re looking for a reliable, detail-driven Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative to help keep our operation moving. You’ll manage the full lifecycle of customer orders — quotes, order entry, vendor purchasing, and follow-up — while supporting our outside sales team. If you’re the type who spots a wrong part number immediately (and fixes it before anyone else sees it), you’ll fit in well here. In our environment, small mistakes turn into big problems fast. Accuracy is not optional. This is primarily a desk-based position, but we’re a team-first branch. During busy periods, occasional light warehouse support may be needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Precision-driven — you double-check, verify, and don’t guess
  • Computer literate—comfortable with Microsoft Office / Windows
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Able to manage high volume without letting details slip
  • Experience in industrial distribution or related technical industries preferred
  • ERP experience preferred (Epicor Prophet 21)

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Process orders, quotes, and returns using Epicor Prophet 21 ERP
  • Research and resolve order/delivery issues professionally
  • Communicate clearly with customers, vendors, and outside sales
  • Create and manage purchase orders with vendors
  • Proactively follow up on open POs and communicate delivery updates
  • Assist in the warehouse during peak periods as needed
