Customer Service Representative $18 hourly

You will work both independently and as part of a small team to continuously enhance the customer shopping experience.
Requirements
- Effective communication, interpersonal and organizational skills in person and on the phone
- Demonstrate excellent listening skills
- Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced service environment
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule that includes days, nights, weekends, holidays, and events
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with scheduling their deliveries
- Manage payments
- Skillfully acknowledge customer questions and concerns
- Work independently and on a small team to ensure the vision of enhancing the customer shopping experience is continually strengthened
- Consistently provide genuine, friendly, personable and professional service
- Proactively resolve escalated customer issues
- Support sales and operations team members to go above and beyond by advocating for every customer's concerns and requests
