About The Position

Interior Exterior Building Supply, the number one commercial and residential building material supplier in the Southeast, is searching for a Customer Service Representative for our Panama City Beach location!

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent communication skills including proper phone etiquette is required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite required

Nice To Haves

• College coursework in related field preferred
• 1-2 years sales experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist Managers and Outside Sales in obtaining customer satisfaction by performing clerical and administrative duties relating to client communications as well as assist incoming customers with sales.
• Receiving calls and helping walk ins from both commercial and residential customers for quotes and orders as well as inputting into the GUI system.
• Maintain timely and effective paper flow and communication within department and to other departments.
• Setting up deliveries and processing orders through the shipping stage
