About The Position

Customer Service Representatives are responsible for greeting guests and initiating friendly interactions on the phone. Customer Service Representatives are also tasked with ensuring guest excellence, which exceeds expectations in a manner consistent with Company policies.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18+ years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Must be self-motivated and disciplined.
  • Must be able to prioritize and complete work assignments on a timely basis.
  • Must maintain strict confidentiality and judgment regarding privileged information.
  • Must display moral qualities by being patient, kind, trusting, unselfish, truthful, forgiving, dedicated and accountable.
  • Must be committed to continuous improvement.
  • Must have professional appearance with good personal hygiene.
  • Must promote and support a "team" work environment by cooperating and helping co-workers.
  • Must adapt to changes easily.
  • Must be able to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Must be able to utilize effective communication, problem solving, conflict management and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 20 lbs.
  • Physical exertion such as frequent bending, twisting, stretching, stooping, and reaching overhead.
  • Standing and walking for long periods on surfaces such as uneven surfaces and hard flooring.
  • Must be able to work in all weather conditions and elements including the direct sunlight with no shade, cold, rain, etc.
  • Varying work hours extending up to twelve (12) hour workdays under some circumstances.
  • Must be able to pass a typing test (25 WPM).
  • Promote and practice safe work habits at all times.
  • Properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
  • Comply with all company, state, and federal safety regulations.

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of 1 year of ticket selling experience (preferred).
  • Call center experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Answer questions and provide information about admissions, products, and events.
  • Perform sales process to include selling tickets, assisting with season pass holders, accommodating guests' needs for refunds, exchanges, and other special needs.
  • Clean and organize work area daily to present a professional appearance.
  • Comply with safety and security directives, policies, and procedures.
  • Wear, keep clean and maintain appropriate dress attire.
