Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers contacting the company, providing prompt and professional assistance.
  • Establish and maintain positive business relationships with each customer by demonstrating responsiveness and understanding their needs.
  • Promptly respond to customer inquiries and ensure clear communication throughout the process.
  • Enter sales orders accurately into the ERP system, ensuring all specifications and information on quotes, customer POs, and sales orders are correct.
  • Maintain and update customer information in the ERP system with integrity and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate customer deliveries with Logistics, Project Management, and Sales teams to meet commitments.
  • Make order changes as needed to address customer needs, ensuring alignment with Ohio Gratings' brand promise.
  • Be a knowledgeable resource for customers by asking the right questions, obtaining pertinent information, and offering superior solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Compile sales order packets from internal departments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned, approaching each task with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Coordinate and assist with special projects that support the company’s long-term goals and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage company resources responsibly while contributing to a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Continuously improve processes to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Seek opportunities to innovate and provide solutions that keep Ohio Gratings at the forefront of the industry.
