Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Residency in the USA, Mexico, Australia, or the UK
- Ability to attend webinar-based training
- Access to a smartphone or computer and reliable Wi-Fi
Responsibilities
- Arrange travel plans for both business and leisure clients
- Assess customer needs and preferences, including schedules and budgets
- Plan and organize tour packages, excursions, and day trips
- Provide information on travel fares and schedules
- Calculate total travel costs
- Book reservations for travel, hotels, rental cars, and special events
- Inform clients about their upcoming trips, including necessary documents like passports or visas
- Offer advice on local weather, customs, and attractions
- Handle alternative booking arrangements in case of changes before or during the trip
