Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Ability to understand and provide clear written instructions.
  • Strong verbal communication skills to assist customers and collaborate with coworkers while processing orders both over the phone and in person.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide quickly and accurately (calculator may be used).
  • Must be able to give correct change.
  • Effective verbal, written, and telephone skills for taking and processing orders.
  • Good motor coordination to perform precise movements quickly and accurately.
  • Proficient in entering orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Responsibilities

  • Operate all equipment.
  • Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
  • Prepare products.
  • Receive and process telephone orders.
  • Take inventory and complete related paperwork.
  • Clean equipment and facilities on a regular basis.
