No previous experience or knowledge in healthcare is required, as the company provides all necessary training, making it a perfect starting point to launch a healthcare career. Given it's a hospital/lab environment, you must be prepared to see illness and injuries. Additionally, you must be up to date on all vaccinations, pass a drug test, and pass a background check prior to hire.
