FL-DOE-OSFA-Customer Service Representative (796760) Pay rate : $14.00 per hour Temp (3 months +) Job location : 325 W. Gaines St., Tallahassee, Florida 32309 Hours: M-F, 8-5 PM Job Description: Customer Service Specialists needed to answer calls from Florida high school and college students concerning Florida scholarships and grants. The position is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. (This will renew for next fiscal year).
Requirements
- High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Comfortable using computers.
- Applicants must pass a level 2 screening background check, that includes fingerprinting for statewide criminal and juvenile records checks through the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, and federal criminal records checks through the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and may include local criminal records checks through local law enforcement agencies.
