About The Position
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Bossier City, LA. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to provide excellent customer support.
Requirements
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Previous customer service or clerical experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Answer and manage incoming customer calls
- Enter customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain and update customer account information (including credit card data)
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently
- Process and distribute incoming faxes during assigned times
- Review and process daily reports
- Handle return requests and associated paperwork as needed
- Distribute literature and sales tools to sales representatives
- Perform other duties as assigned
