About The Position

The Customer Service Representative I will be responsible for answering customer service inquiries. They will handle customer requests with a focus on improving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and overall experience throughout the organization. As a Customer Service Representative I, you will be responsible for contributing to the company's success by delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining departmental service level targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a Customer Service role
  • Strong customer service and active listening skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize work and manage time effectively
  • Basic computer skills
  • High school diploma
  • A passion for customer advocacy
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Quiet and professional workplace free from noise (kids, pets, etc.)
  • High speed internet access with minimum speed of 50 mbps
  • A chair and flat surface or desk to work from

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining departmental service level targets
  • Responding to customer inquiries
  • Processing Orders
  • Providing positive customer experience by maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional demeanor toward customers at all times
  • Have basic product knowledge
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions and complaints
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with colleagues as necessary for a seamless customer experience
  • Additional duties as assigned
