Customer Service Representative
About The Position
Caliber Collision is seeking a Customer Service Representative for their Service Center Madison - East Towne location. This role involves providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers, managing the work volume for the center, and coordinating with rental car and tow companies to offer comprehensive service. The representative will also need to understand insurance partner requirements for authorizations, billing, and load level processes. Requirements
- 1+ years of experience within a customer facing environment
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to navigate multiple software systems, i.e., Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work through competing priorities and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
- Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
Responsibilities
- Greeting and providing extraordinary customer service to internal and external customers
- Monitoring work volume scheduled for the center and recommend load level requests when necessary
- Coordinating Rental Car/Tow companies to provide one-stop service to all customers
- Maintaining a broad knowledge base of insurance partner requirements regarding authorizations, billing and load level processes
