About The Position

What You’ll Do Deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment, handling 24–30 client appointments daily.. Greet clients warmly, check them in efficiently, and maintain a positive, welcoming clinic atmosphere. Schedule appointments, answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and deliver accurate information about services. Maintain confidential and accurate patient and client records, performing data entry and filing as needed. Process payments, handle billing questions, and ensure accuracy with cash and credit transactions. Collaborate with veterinary and support teams to ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality service. Address client questions, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and empathy, escalating when necessary. Keep the reception and waiting areas clean, organized, and presentable while assisting with general administrative tasks. Why Join Groveway?
