About The Position

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who is passionate about helping others, enjoys problem-solving, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our internal and external customers, providing top-notch support through phone, email, chat, and counter sales.

Requirements

  • 3 years of customer service or related experience preferred.
  • Comfortable using customer service software or CRMs (e.g.,Hub Spot)
  • Must be comfortable with a high volume of customer phone calls.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
  • Handle Order entry via Phone and email communication
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and empathetically
  • Maintain a high level of product/service knowledge
  • Document interactions and follow up on customer cases
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Respond to orders efficiently so that products are delivered in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks at a time and prioritize tasks as needed.
  • Ability to work in a CSR program
  • Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations.
