As a Digital Product Support Specialist , you’ll be the first point of contact for clients and sales representatives, providing expert support for Hibu’s suite of digital products. You’ll troubleshoot issues, make updates, and ensure our clients’ online presence is optimized. We’re looking for candidates with at least 1 year of professional customer service experience , preferably in a call center, tech support, or client-facing role.
