About The Position

We are a large transportation company founded in 1983 and based on Cape Cod. We provide a broad range of transportation services throughout Cape Cod and the southeast region of the State. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Service Reservationist to join our growing transportation team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and can manage multiple tasks with professionalism and accuracy. We are now looking for a customer-focused professional to join our team. Our Customer Services Representatives serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling inbound calls and emails, managing reservations, and ensuring all trip details are accurate and communicated clearly to both clients and operations. In this role, you will: - Manage high-volume calls and email inquiries - Record and maintain reservations - Confirm trip details including times, locations, and special instructions - Handle last-minute changes and updates - Coordinate with our dispatch, billing, and operations teams - Deliver a high level of customer service with every interaction Full-Time seasonal position available (April to November) Must be available for some evenings, weekends, and holidays (especially during peak season) The pace is fast, but fun.
