The Customer Service Representative, reporting to the Illinois Customer Service Manager, is directly responsible for providing support to customers. Acts as a liaison between customers, operations, and sales team. Interact with customers daily to drive, develop, and expand our presence. Independently communicate product knowledge, order fulfillment, request for information, general inquiries, etc. Act as a liaison between customers, operations, and sales.
