Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in customer service, preferably within healthcare, wellness, or related industries.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an empathetic approach.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency with scheduling software and basic computer applications.
