Job Description Schedule: Initial Monday-Friday training schedule, transitioning to Tuesday-Saturday (Sun/Mon off). The Role: Customer Service Representatives are responsible for providing professional, accurate, and timely customer service by processing phone, email, and online orders; responding to customer inquiries in a thorough and timely manner; and supporting the sales efforts of outside sales representatives. The role also includes courteously answering and directing phone calls and promptly communicating any food safety or product quality concerns to the appropriate teams.
