Registered Agent Solutions, Inc. (RASi), a Wolters Kluwer company, provides tailored registered agent and corporate services to thousands of businesses worldwide. As a Customer Service Representative, you will support client research, estimates, and corporate document retrievals and filings. You’ll work closely with internal teams to complete requests accurately, efficiently, and on time, and may interact directly with clients through written and verbal communication. This role occasionally involves managing orders from start to finish. To succeed, you’ll need strong organization and time‑management skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and professional communication. In this role you will report to the Manager, Customer Service and work a hybrid schedule from our local office (2 days in office, 3 days remotely).
