About The Position

Diehl Kia of Hermitage is hiring a Customer Service Rep for our Hermitage, PA dealership! This position is an excellent starting point for advancement in one of the premier dealership groups in the state.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office365 products such as Excel, Word, and One Drive
• Basic knowledge of automotive DMS systems like CDK or Tekion (preferred but not necessary)
• Timely, polite, and ambitious.

Responsibilities

• Answering customer phone calls
• Scheduling service appointments
• Customer service including follow up with customers while in the store and after the appointment
• Assisting Service Manager with daily tasks
