Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft programs (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment with accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Process Orders: Efficiently process customer orders received through various channels.
  • Accuracy Review: Review paperwork associated with orders for accuracy and completeness. Follow up promptly on any discrepancies or missing information.
  • Warehouse Collaboration: Liaise with the warehouse team to ensure seamless order fulfillment. Collaborate on inventory status, product availability, and any special requirements for cold storage.
  • Communication Handling: Manage heavy email and phone call volume professionally and efficiently. Follow up with internal and external customers in a timely manner.
  • Audit and Discrepancy Resolution: Regularly audit system and/or reports to identify and address any discrepancies. Take corrective actions to maintain order accuracy and customer satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively as part of a team and independently as needed.
