Requirements

  • High School Diploma required, College Degree (2-4 year) preferred.
  • Up to 3 years of prior relevant customer facing and/or service experience.
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) and minimum 2 years of customer facing work experience Or Associates Degree and minimum 1 year of customer facing work experience Or Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 3 months of customer-facing experience
  • A passion for providing outstanding customer service.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptability and attention to detail in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task, while navigating through multiple business applications.
  • Computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing or supporting multi-line product portfolios is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and messages from customers, addressing billing questions, making policy changes, and providing recommendations.
  • Investigate and resolve customer concerns promptly and efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of GEICO’s insurance products to effectively assist customers and identify opportunities for cross-selling or up-selling.
  • Make a real difference by resolving issues and enhancing customer satisfaction.
