Customer Service Representative Remote Salary: $19 an hour, which may be below your state’s minimum wage. Please take this into consideration when applying. Monday – Friday 8am-5pm Eastern time As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist with customer questions, inquiries, and issues related to accounts payable inquiries. You will take phone calls and answer chats/emails regarding accounts payable and bills. Successful candidates will be customer oriented with a commitment to quality and personal ethics with the ability to adapt to continuous policy and procedure changes.

Requirements

Strong computer and phone skills. Ability to use web-based computer applications
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Able to manage telephone and chat customer interactions and convey confidence while resolving the customer’s issues.
Attention to detail
Must be able to pass a background and drug test.
Must be 18 years or older
Must have a High School Diploma or GED
Must pass an internet speed test (download equal to or greater than 25, upload equal to or greater than 5, Ping ms equal to or less than 175)
Must have the ability to connect with an ethernet cable to a modem/router
