About The Position

An established organization is seeking an entry-level Customer Service Representative to join a busy, client-facing team in Enfield, CT. In this temp-to-hire role, you will spend most of your day on the phone supporting a portfolio of existing clients, processing their requests, and coordinating with internal teams. This position is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and wants long-term career growth within a service-oriented organization.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication skills with comfort speaking on the phone for the majority of the day.
  • Customer service experience or a strong customer service–oriented mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and manage a repetitive, high-volume workload.
  • Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational skills.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning and using new systems and tools.
  • Professional, articulate, and customer-focused demeanor.
  • Strong phone etiquette and great phone presence.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Ability to work on-site in Enfield, CT.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of existing clients and build strong, professional relationships.
  • Spend the majority of the workday on the phone addressing client needs, questions, and requests in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Process client information accurately and efficiently, ensuring all data is entered correctly into internal systems.
  • Coordinate order details, timelines, and schedules with internal production teams to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Manage a high volume of recurring client requests while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain professional, clear, and articulate communication across all phone and written interactions.
  • Provide general administrative and customer support as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Demonstrate strong phone etiquette and a customer service–oriented approach in every interaction.
  • Learn and navigate new systems and tools to support client service and internal processes.
  • Multitask effectively by handling calls, data entry, and coordination tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
