Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service
  • Schedule appointments and assist customers with questions about services
  • Become knowledgeable about our products and services to confidently assist customers
  • Maintain and manage ESA (membership) programs
  • Perform “happy calls” and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Accurately take and relay messages
  • Escalate customer concerns to management when needed
  • Represent and promote the Nytech brand in every interaction
  • Support team members and complete additional duties as assigned
