POSITION PURPOSE: Operate as the liaison between the customer, the Sales Team, and production/manufacturing.

Requirements

  • Data entry experience
  • customer service experience
  • detail-oriented
  • ability to professionally communicate via both verbal and written skills
  • MUST be able to multitask
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with internal and external customers in a timely, helpful, and professional manner via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Correctly and timely entry of orders into Lakeland’s ERP (Sage) system.
  • Be knowledgeable of technical/performance aspects of Lakeland & competitors’ products and able to cross products.
  • Maintain paperless filing system as needed
  • Enter RGA requests into the computer system.
  • Perform various administrative duties or functions as needed.
  • Take initiative and complete tasks timely
  • Support and uphold the three pillars: Respect, Communication, and Accountability
  • Be proficient in the use of Lakeland’s CRM (Salesforce) system.
  • Must be reliable and punctual.
