About The Position

RVA Graphics & Wraps is searching for an outgoing and approachable Customer Service Representative to join our team! The Customer Service Representative role is responsible for the clear and efficient communication between RVA Graphics & Wraps and our customer base in order to ensure customers receive the highest quality of service possible. This includes managing calls, analyzing customer accounts, scheduling, and making decisions independently while maintaining a positive customer service mentality. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must have a high attention to detail and ability to remain organized.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects and target dates.
  • Positive "can do" attitude toward teamwork and helping customers.
  • Internally motivated to exceed daily expectations from Customers and the Company.
  • Desire to receive additional training/education when opportunities arise.

Responsibilities

  • Operate a multi-line phone system and online messaging system in order to communicate with customers regarding job orders and needs.
  • Work with customers to understand their needs and formulate quotes for projects.
  • Maintain a "Big Picture" view of service availability and pricing in order to clearly express information to our customer.
  • Travel with Managers and Wrap Technicians as needed to assist on installation of completed projects.
  • Continually exhibit a positive, customer service mentality.
  • Remain up to date on internal responsibilities to ensure inquiries are forwarded appropriately avoiding unnecessary line transfers.
  • Positively contribute to the culture and overall success of the company and department.
