Join a dynamic team where you’ll make a real impact by helping customers with their questions and concerns. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, providing clear answers and exceptional service.

  • Handle inbound calls and occasional follow-up calls in a fast-paced call center environment.
  • Answer questions about prior authorizations, general inquiries, and confidential information.
  • Accurately enter and update information across multiple systems.
  • Deliver top-notch customer service with attention to detail.
  • Manage 50–100 calls per day, depending on complexity.
  • Use various programs to track and document customer interactions.
  • 1+ year of recent high-volume call center experience (within the last 2–3 years).
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to multitask.
  • Typing speed of at least 30 WPM.
  • Solid computer knowledge and comfort navigating multiple systems.
  • Consistent work history (no frequent job changes).
