About The Position

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic team supporting technical products and services. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring accurate order processing and timely resolution of inquiries. You’ll collaborate with multiple departments to meet customer expectations and maintain high service standards.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service experience (Call center preferred; retail or technical backgrounds considered).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (strong grammar and punctuation for email communication).
  • Strong computer literacy; ability to navigate multiple systems across three monitors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Exceptional multitasking, adaptability, and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Oracle or other ERP/CRM systems.
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree.
  • Hands-on technical or IT experience.
  • Familiarity with parts ordering (e.g., AutoZone, NAPA, Advance Auto Parts).
  • Experience in order entry and quote generation.

Responsibilities

  • Handle approximately 600 emails and 40–50 calls daily across phone, chat, and email.
  • Provide professional and knowledgeable support to internal and external customers.
  • Process and verify spare parts and repair orders.
  • Generate and deliver accurate quotes.
  • Maintain and update customer account information.
  • Provide status updates and lead times for parts orders.
  • Manage order changes and communicate updates to relevant departments.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Accounting, Logistics, and Technical Support teams.
  • Expedite resolutions for customer issues and complaints.
  • Perform data entry and filing tasks.
