The Customer Service Representative supports the dealership by working alongside sales, service, production, and administrative departments to ensure overall customer satisfaction and increase sales.

  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions

  • High school diploma or the equivalent.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Ensure our customers have a world-class car-buying experience at every step along their ownership journey.
  • Provide an unparalleled level of technical expertise to help customers with comprehensive knowledge of available products and services.
  • Connect with customers about their vehicle questions in a professional manner that reflects understanding, clarity, accuracy, and courtesy.
  • Understand and use MS Office Suite, CRM and lead management tools to accurately manage inquiries, update customer files, track customer interest, and compile necessary reports and forms on a timely basis.
