About The Position

At Magnolia Veterinary Hospital, we’ve proudly served the Anderson community since 1999, providing trusted primary and secondary veterinary care to pets and the families who love them. As a fully staffed extended-hours hospital, we are committed to compassionate, dependable care — when it matters most. We are currently seeking a Part-Time Client Service Representative (CSR) who is friendly, professional, and passionate about helping both pets and people. For the right candidate, this position offers the potential to transition into a full-time Veterinary Assistant role based on experience, performance, and eagerness to grow within our team. As a CSR, you are the first impression of our hospital. You will play a vital role in ensuring each client feels welcomed, informed, and supported throughout their visit. This role is ideal for someone interested in advancing within the veterinary field. Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and pets with warmth and professionalism
  • Answer multi-line phones and assist with appointment scheduling
  • Check patients in and out accurately and efficiently
  • Review invoices and process payments
  • Maintain accurate medical records and client communications
  • Provide excellent customer service during routine and urgent visits
  • Support the veterinary team as needed
