About The Position

As a Customer Service Representative , you’ll serve as the voice of our brand, assisting customers with empathy, patience, and a keen eye for detail. You’ll play a key role in fostering meaningful, long-term relationships while ensuring each interaction reflects our core values. This position also offers the opportunity to grow into a more senior support role over time, making it a great fit for someone looking to build a long-term career in customer service. This is an on-site role, Monday through Friday based in Minnesota.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service experience required , preferably in retail or eCommerce
  • A warm and professional communication style
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to stay focused under pressure
  • Confidence in handling a variety of customer situations with patience and care

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CRM or customer service tools is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, thoughtful support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist with orders, returns, exchanges, refunds, and general inquiries
  • Offer product guidance and styling support when appropriate
  • Resolve concerns with empathy and a solutions-focused approach
  • Escalate more complex cases when needed and ensure follow-through
  • Maintain accurate records and notes in our systems
  • Collaborate closely with warehouse, retail stores, and internal teams to support a smooth customer experience
