About The Position

We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join the Selkirk team. In this role, you aren’t just answering phones—you are a brand ambassador providing a premium experience for our customers. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment that values technical accuracy, quick thinking, and a professional touch.

Requirements

  • A background in professional customer service (E-commerce or Sporting Goods experience is a plus).
  • Proficiency with CRM/Ticketing systems and a typing speed of 50+ WPM.
  • Advanced verbal and written skills with the ability to remain focused in a high-volume setting.
