About The Position

NOW HIRING CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE(S) FOR AN IMMEDIATE FULL-TIME JOB OPPORTUNITY! STARTING PAY OF $20.00 - $22.00 PER HOUR BASED ON EXPERIENCE! PLEASE NOTE: NOT A CALL CENTER POSITION! Real Green is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you will assist customers by providing information, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience. As a Customer Service Representative , you will communicate via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Comfortable assisting customers outside of a call center environment

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
• Provide product and service information to assist customers
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution
