Customer Service Representatives – Contact Center – A Go Answer receptionist is a connection maker, bringing back personal customer experiences in a technology-driven world.

Requirements

  • Applicants must be 18 years and over and legally eligible to work in St. Lucia.
  • Must have experience in related field - (call center, retail, hospitality)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be fluent in English with exceptional verbal and written communication.
  • Positive Attitude and Energy
  • Excellent Phone voice
  • Outstanding customer service and active listening skills
  • Computer literacy - Typing 25 words per minute. MS Word/Excel.
  • Self-motivated and able to adapt to and comprehend business processes and procedural changes
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Schedule flexibility

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of inbound/outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Deliver amazing customer service by connecting with your customer and demonstrating a caring and empathetic approach during each engagement
  • Addressing complaints, queries and feedback from our clients and patiently providing the best possible solutions.
  • Build and strengthen customer relationships to achieve positive connections by going the extra mile.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of client's products and services.
  • Follow account procedures and/or scripts with a personal touch.
  • Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the client's site and products or services.
  • Understand and strive to meet or exceed contact center metrics while providing excellent customer service
