Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in a manufacturing industry preferred
• Computer data entry experience preferred
• Experience in the corrugated box industry preferred

Responsibilities

• Take and process customer orders
• Address inquiries and complaints
• Coordinate with internal teams
• Uphold company policies
• Engage in sales support activities
• Processing billing and purchase orders efficiently
• Maintaining customer files meticulously
• Communicating effectively with customers and sales teams
• Analyzing warehouse stock levels and monthly usage
• Contributing to the growth-oriented and sustainable ethos of Pratt
