Evening/ Overnight Customer Service Representative
About The Position
We have immediate openings for Evening Shift Customer Service Representatives. This position starts between $16-18 an hour. The next training class will begin January 19, 2026 Located on a beautiful campus in Union, New Jersey, our state-of-the-art call center facility is the most advanced alarm and emergency monitoring center in the United States. As a Customer Service Representative, you will help customers all over the country. We provide fully paid training and offer several schedule choices. Come join our friendly and talented customer service team where you will continuously learn new skills and work together in our call center to help people and save lives!
Requirements
- You want to work in a call center environment where you will help keep people safe
- You are detailed oriented
- You have solid communication skills
- You enjoy learning new skills and applications
- HS Diploma or GED required
- Access to reliable transportation
- 1-year prior customer service experience in a call center environment
Responsibilities
- Monitor emergency alarm signals in a clean and modern call center environment
- Provide excellent customer service
- Collect information from our customers
- Follow company processes and procedures
- This job may include dispatching emergency services such as the police, fire department, or EMS
