Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, independent, computer savvy, possesses excellent typing skills, provides great customer service, detail oriented, able to multi-task and reliable. Requirements

• Proven experience as an outstanding Veterinary Receptionist
• Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner
• Time-management and organizational skills
• Handle stress and pressure with poise and tact
• Handle high volume of clients
• Excellent multi-tasking skills
• Ability to be confident around pets
• You MUST be able to work weekends, non-major holidays and have a flexible schedule.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience with cornerstone desired
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients and patients in a friendly and professional manner
• Manage multi-phone lines efficiently
• Organize and schedule appointments/walk-ins as needed
• Process client cash, credit card & other payment transactions
• Maintaining office cleanliness and organization
