This Customer Service Representative role is focused on patient registration at Ascension St Agnes Hospital Baltimore. The position involves helping patients check into the hospital, answering questions during registration, and collecting information accurately and quickly. It requires building trust through compassionate listening to address patient fears, concerns, and questions. The ideal candidate will be a confident multi-tasker, quick with technology, and proficient in typing and answering phones. No previous healthcare experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided, making this an excellent starting point for a healthcare career. The role is in a hospital/lab environment, so candidates must be prepared to encounter illness and injuries. Mandatory requirements include being up-to-date on all vaccinations, passing a drug test, and passing a background check prior to hire.
