Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred)
  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a high-volume environment
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy
  • Ability to stay organized and perform under pressure

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English)
  • Experience in waste management, utilities, or logistics is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Deliver friendly, professional, and respectful service to customers and team members
  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries with accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist with account questions, billing inquiries, and service requests
  • Maintain and update customer records in company systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues; escalate complex concerns as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
