Customer Service Representative Job Summary The Customer Service Representative provides exceptional service to customers, vendors, and internal teams by phone, email, and in-person. This role is essential in ensuring timely responses, order accuracy, and smooth operations by maintaining a deep understanding of Texas Ammunition products and services.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Must have a valid driver's license with a clean three-year driving history
  • Strong computer proficiency (MS Office, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer empathy
  • Clean, professional demeanor and workspace habits
  • Problem-solving mindset

Nice To Haves

  • ERP software and Microsoft Office experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a five-star customer experience in all interactions
  • Accurately enter and manage data in the company system
  • Follow up on orders to ensure delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Address customer feedback and complaints in collaboration with Supervisor
  • Gather customer insights to support continuous improvement
  • File and organize order records
  • Collaborate with production, shipping, and warehouse teams
  • All other duties assigned by management
