Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Be the Voice of Nexis Builds You'll be the first impression clients have of our company, so your communication skills must be top-notch.
  • Handle Inquiries Efficiently Answer calls, emails, and live chat messages from clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring quick and accurate responses.
  • Resolve Issues Proactively Troubleshoot concerns, coordinate solutions, and follow up to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships Foster strong connections with clients and partners to ensure loyalty and repeat business.
  • Process Orders and Service Requests Handle order placements, project status inquiries, and service requests with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Stay Organized and Detail-Oriented Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with Teams Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other departments to relay client needs and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Identify Opportunities for Improvement Gather customer insights and recommend ways to enhance our processes and services.
  • Educate Customers Provide clients with essential information about Nexis Builds' services, policies, and project updates.
  • Maintain a Positive and Professional Demeanor Represent Nexis Builds with enthusiasm and professionalism in all interactions.
