We are seeking energetic, reliable, and fun professionals to join our team as a CSR/ Customer Service Representatives. The successful CSR is responsible for providing excellent customer service by answering customer calls and problem solving to help customers meet their needs. CSRs should come to the table proficient or above in all Microsoft office products and have previous customer service experience. Representatives will attend in-depth training to assist customers in placing orders, addressing issues with existing orders and fluent conversations regarding company products and programs. CSRs will work in a team environment and have the opportunity for individual progression in both skillset and compensation. We are seeking highly motivated individuals with a commitment to excellent customer service.
